Horticulture is an industry of major importance to the economy of Australia and in particular Victoria, the Garden State. The industry continues to employ many professional and technical people. Recent trends in the demand for horticultural products and services have resulted in the growth of this industry and a large variety of career outcomes.

Community Services (Disability Work)

Disability Workers use practical skills and knowledge to develop services and programs to meet the emotional, physical and social needs of people with disabilities. Using skills in advanced communication, empowerment techniques and design processes to support daily living activities. Disability workers how to design and deliver programs that are accessible and enhance community integration. Disability workers have an understanding of the legal and ethical requirements for working in disability services.
