The nursery employs up to 100 staff with 75% of those having a disability. People with a disability are provided training and support through government funding so that they can maintain employment. Staff are employed under the Modern Award MA000103 and paid productivity based award wages as determined through an independent assessment process. The nursery operates as a commercial business with around 30% of it's income coming from government to support workers to maintain employment and the remaining 70 % from its commercial business .<< Back to About Us
